How do I export all customers with their details?

⚠️ If you are not logged in to Comeback Reward System, login by
→ Go to https://system.comebackreward.com/
→ Sign in using your User Email and password
→ If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot password?"
⚠️ If you want to edit the card, click the mobile phone icon → click "Open" under the card you want to edit → click "Edit" on the top right
 
Below is the step to download the total number of customers in your account on your loyalty program:
  1. Go to the customers tab → click on the export button at the top right.

      • Name
      • Phone number
      • Date of Birth
      • Phone number
      • Email address
      • Date created
      • Card status
      • Card serial number
      • Card Device
      • Utm
      • Custom fields
 
⚠️ A list of all customers on the chosen card will be downloaded to your device in .xls file, which you can open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet or .xls compatible software
⚠️ If you use multiple loyalty programs or stamp cards, you will get all customers in this file.
