How do I import customers?

⚠️ If you are not logged in to Comeback Reward System, login by
→ Go to https://system.comebackreward.com/
→ Sign in using your User Email and password
→ If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot password?"
⚠️ If you want to edit the card, click the mobile phone icon → click "Open" under the card you want to edit → click "Edit" on the top right
 
If you already have a customer list that would like to import or if you would like to move from other loyalty service to ComebackReward, you can import your customers list by following the step below:
  1. Go to the customers tab → click on the export button at the top right.

  1. On the pop-up, click “Download import template .xls. This will download an import template in .xls file which you can use to fill in your customers information to import to ComebackReward System.

      ⚠️ You can open .xls file with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet or .xls compatible software
       
  1. Open the downloaded .xls file and fill in your customers’ information → safe the .xls file

      ⚠️ Do not delete columns if you do not have information, just leave them blank. Also, you can't add any Columns. The maximum number of customers in a file is 20 000 at a time. If you want to upload more customers, do so in several batches.
       
  1. Choose the card that you want to import the customers to by clicking the drop-down button and choose from the list

  1. Click “Select file” → Select the saved .xls file

  1. Click “Import”

  1. The new customers will be imported to the customer table under the chosen card.
