How do I redeem rewards?
There are 2 ways to redeem rewards.
Method 1: Redeem rewards by using the Scanner App
- Sign with your User Email and password (if you have assigned a manager, your manager can also sign in with their email and password).
- If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot password?"
- Once signed in, click "Scan" and scan the QR code of the Stamp Card (If your phone asks permission to use the camera, click "Allow").
- You can see your customer's available rewards on your Scanner App (see picture below)
- Choose "Redeem" on the toggle (see picture below)
- Click on the "+" symbol or type in the number corresponding to the reward you wish to redeem.
- Click "Redeem rewards"
- Leave "Purchase amount" and "Comment" blank. Or if you wish to track your loyalty revenue, add the "Purchase amount".
- Click "Redeem".
Method 2: Edit Rewards by using the Comeback Reward System
You can edit the stamp amount on each card in Comeback Reward System.
⚠️ If you are not logged in to Comeback Reward System, login by
→ Go to https://system.comebackreward.com/
→ Sign in using your User Email and password
→ If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot password?"
→ Go to https://system.comebackreward.com/
→ Sign in using your User Email and password
→ If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot password?"
- In Comeback Reward System, click the people icon (Customers),
- Search/choose the customer you want to give stamps to.
- Use "+" or "-" button or type in the new stamp amount.
- Confirm.
You can do the same with rewards.
