How do I send PUSH notifications?
You can send PUSH notifications to all your customers that have installed the stamp cards on their phones for free. Follow the steps below.
⚠️ If you are not logged in to Comeback Reward System, login by
→ Go to https://system.comebackreward.com/
→ Sign in using your User Email and password
→ If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot password?"
→ Go to https://system.comebackreward.com/
→ Sign in using your User Email and password
→ If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot password?"
- In Comeback Reward System, click the chat Icon (Mailings).
- On the top bar, choose "Send push".
- Choose "Card" (the card that you want to send the push notification to) in the drop-down menu.
- Choose "For all customers" if you want to send to all your customers. Alternatively, you can select "Selected segment" to send messages to a specific group of customers by choosing your criteria.
- (Optional) You can schedule when to send the push notification.
- In the "Message" box, enter the text/content of the push notification you want to send. On the right, you can preview how the notification will appear on the phone display.
- Click "Send"
- You can see your push notification history below.
