What do I do when the cards don't update or the stamps don't show or the rewards don't update?

If stamps aren't showing after giving them or rewards aren't updating after redeeming, follow these steps to refresh the customer's card.

Ask your customer to go to "Pass Detail" to go to the back side of the card.

Turn off "Automatic Updates"

Wait a couple of seconds

Turn "Automatic Updates" back on.

The card may not be updated for several reasons. Refreshing it can help reload and apply the updates.
